Right of Withdrawal / Returns You have the right to request a return within 7 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods, subject to the conditions below. Products may be returned only with prior written approval from Sertex Safety Equipment, and returns will be accepted only for defective or incorrectly supplied items reported within 7 days of delivery. To meet the 7‑day deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your request to withdraw or return before the withdrawal period has expired. Conditions for Returned Goods Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or delivery note. Any approved return must be in the same condition as supplied and may be subject to inspection before a replacement or credit is issued. Special‑order, customized, non‑stock, calibrated, or made‑to‑order items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable, unless they are found to be defective or incorrectly supplied. Due to Free Zone customs regulations, goods delivered and accepted cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed supply error or manufacturing defect. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. 3. Effects of Withdrawal / Refunds If your return request is approved and you withdraw from the contract for eligible goods, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you for those goods, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
